These Terms of Service govern your use of the Traders Gems website and services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Traders Gems, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Traders Gems provides a behavioral self-assessment quiz designed to help traders identify psychological patterns in their trading behavior.
Users may optionally purchase a one-time digital report ($79) containing a personalized behavioral analysis and improvement plan. The platform is for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

Content on Traders Gems — including quiz results, archetype descriptions, action plans, and all report content — is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past behavior patterns do not guarantee future trading results. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
Traders Gems expressly disclaims any liability for trading losses incurred by users of the platform.
4. Digital Report Purchase
The $79 full report is a one-time, non-recurring digital product. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your personalized report.
Reports are personal and non-transferable; you may not resell, share, or distribute your report.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or impersonate others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content — including quiz questions, scoring methodology, and report content — is the intellectual property of Traders Gems and protected by copyright law.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Traders Gems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the digital report.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
